The dam and surrounding fields makes for a nice easy and scenic place to walk and explore. The river above the dam is soft-bottomed, full of fish and birds.

Sepulveda Dam. Parking: Woodley Avenue at Burbank Avenue in Van Nuys

Directions

Car: Take 405 Freeway and exit on Burbank Bvld. Head west on Burbank Blvd and make a right onto the parking lot on the corner of Woodley and Burbank

Transit: Take 150 Bus and get off at Ventura and Haskell.
